Common questions

Why doesn't a rate match my bank? Pennyglot uses mid-market rates, for information. Banks and cards add their own margins.

How often do rates update? About once a day. The app shows when the rates it's using were published. Offline, it uses the last rates it downloaded for up to 30 days after they were published. After that, it says “Your rates are over a month old” and hides conversions until rates published in the past 30 days arrive.

How do I add or remove currencies? Long-press a currency tile, then tap − to remove one, drag to reorder, or tap Add Currency.

How do I change the language? Open the mode menu (the grid button), then Language.
